CMOS Logic S628C

The S628C is a CMOS integrated circuit which contaions two Op-Amps, Window Comparator, Output Control and Time Control.

The S628C is the integrated Motion Detection control. It is suitable for application in Automatic Light Switches and Passive Infrared Alarm detectors.
